The Waiting Room

Your answers are processed in your browser. There is no model call, email capture or server-side temperament profile. The card is downloaded only when you choose.

The Observation Desk and gift preview

Observation and handover entries remain in page memory unless you explicitly choose Save in this browser. That action stores one local copy until you clear it or remove this site’s browser data. Loading a saved version is also an explicit action. Clear removes the saved sheet and the current entries; it cannot delete files you already downloaded. Gift preview names and dedications stay in page memory and are not sent to us. Downloading or printing either tool happens only when you choose. These tools do not create accounts, contact recipients, set reminders or transfer information into a consultation.

The intake rehearsal

Text answers are saved in this browser tab's session storage so you can return after a page reload. Selected photographs stay in browser memory and must be reselected after a reload. Photographs are decoded and re-encoded locally for the preview, without location metadata. Nothing in this form is uploaded to us. Use “Clear this draft” to erase the text and photos. Closing the tab ends its session, subject to your browser's session-restore behaviour.

Hosting and logs

This site is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests necessarily include technical connection data such as IP address, browser information and requested URL; the hosting providers may keep operational logs under their policies. We have not added advertising pixels, third-party analytics, marketing cookies or remote fonts. We do not receive questionnaire answers in analytics.
